Hello, Friend!


I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. Around this time of year I find that I get overwhelmed with all the festive events and people. This past week I put my business on the backburner so I could focus on me and being present with my family.


This helped me to recharge and get ready to finish out 2024.


The holiday season can feel like a whirlwind of to-dos, gatherings, and endless commitments. But here’s a little secret: carving out even a small slice of me time can be the difference between feeling frazzled and feeling fulfilled.


Taking time to recharge isn’t selfish—it’s essential. When you care for yourself, you show up more fully for everything and everyone else.


Here are three simple ways to find moments of calm during the holiday chaos:


1️⃣ Start Your Day with Intention:

Before diving into the day, take five minutes for yourself. Whether it’s journaling, stretching, or enjoying your coffee in silence, this quick ritual helps you feel grounded and ready for what’s ahead.


2️⃣ Say “No” with Grace:

You don’t have to say “yes” to everything. Protect your energy by prioritizing what truly matters to you, and let go of the rest. A simple, “I’d love to, but I can’t commit to that right now,” is all you need.


3️⃣ Take a 10-Minute Recharge Break:

Short bursts of intentional self-care can work wonders. Try a gentle stretch, a brisk walk, or a quick meditation to reset and refocus.


Gratitude Reminder:

Each time you carve out time for yourself, thank yourself. Self-care is an act of love and gratitude for all that you do and all that you are.


This holiday season, make you a priority. You deserve moments of calm amidst the chaos.
